~and i saw a little black cat today...

I walked to the nearest market to buy some snacks today.
I was on my way back, munching on a cookie.
As I was walking, I saw a small cat by the side of the road.
It hardly looked like a cat, more like a ball of black fluff.
I was passing it when it stared at me with hungry eyes.
I looked at it and it looked at me.
Its eyes were shiny glass blue, and I thought it looked a lot like my old cat.
I went home that day empty-handed.
